Shipping

• We currently ship to all six GCC countries: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait.
• Shipping is the same across all our delivery countries. The cost is based on your order and is confirmed at checkout.
• Every pair is handmade to order in our Bangkok workshop — allow 1–3 business days of production before dispatch.
• Orders across the Gulf typically arrive within 5–10 days of dispatch.
• You'll receive a tracking number the moment your order ships.
• Any local customs duties, where they apply, remain the customer's responsibility.

Returns

• Because every pair is handmade to order, we accept a return or exchange only if your order arrives damaged or faulty.
• We don't accept returns for change of mind or for the wrong size, so please check the Size guide carefully before ordering.
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the issue.
• Once we confirm a manufacturing fault or transit damage, we'll repair, replace or refund the pair at no cost to you.
