Yes. Every pair is made from 100% genuine full-grain leather, cut and finished by hand in our own workshop. Natural leather carries small variations in grain and tone — that is the mark of the real material, not a flaw.

Each pair is handmade to order. Allow 1–3 business days of production before your order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number the moment it ships.

We currently ship to all six GCC countries: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait. Orders are sent from our workshop in Bangkok and typically arrive within 5–10 days of dispatch. Shipping is the same across all six countries, with the cost based on your order and confirmed at checkout.

Our sandals run in EU sizes 24 to 49. The easiest way is to measure your foot length in centimetres and match it to our Size guide, which lists EU, US and UK equivalents. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger one.

Absolutely — we are the makers, so custom sizes and fully bespoke pairs are available on request. Every one of our colours can be made for any style. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.

Every sandal can be made in any of our sixteen leather colours: Beige, Black, Blue, Brown, Cream, Dark Gray, Dark Tan, Gray, Green, Light Gray, Light Khaki, Maroon, Navy Blue, Olive, Sky Blue and White.

Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust, and keep them away from prolonged water and direct heat. An occasional treatment with a natural leather conditioner will keep the leather supple and deepen its character over time.

Because every pair is handmade to order, we accept a return or exchange only if the item arrives damaged or faulty. We do not accept returns for change of mind or for the wrong size, so please check our Size guide carefully before ordering. If your order arrives damaged, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full details.
